Making History Along Her Way, Hydred is the 1st Woman ever to win a NWPA event!

Besides being an accomplished poolplayer ,  Hydred  does fashion modeling and is one of the recent wheelchair models for Colours Wheelchair Mfg.

With numerous respectable finishes on the SCWBT,

Southern California Women's Qualifier Billiard Tour

Hydred, as being again the only wheelchair bound

player made it known that she was serious about her

determination to become the first wheelchair

player ever, to play with the 'Pro's'.

April 17, 2002 the dream happened...A" San Diegan -- Hydred Makabali --

became the first woman ever to compete in a WPBA pro tour event in a wheelchair.

Not only is she a great pool player, she's also quite a hottie " ( yahoo search Hydred Makabali )

Hydred was invited to the WPBA's San Diego Classic...

at the Viejas Casino & Turf Club.

Although she didn't place high, she played very well in a such a high profiled field

of Professional females...

Prior to this Hydred played the Jay Halpert, L.A. Billiard Expo Tournament at the Burbank Hilton.

Again, Hydred was the lone wheelchair player in an all 'OPEN' event.

Shooting in top form, Hydred pulls down a respectable 3rd place in a field of 32 of So California's top female shooters.

If that wasn't enough, Hydred enters the 8-Ball 'Dutch-Doubles' with a able bodied friend... pulling down 4th in that.

Hydred as well is a member in the areas APA  on an all woman team.  Playing as a ' 7 ' SLevel, in their division 222.

Hydred has made great strides in the pool game. Along with working,

attending college  she finds time to sit on the BOD of the N.W.P.A., getting a chance to

introduce more women interested in becoming involved in wheelchair pool.
